House rules

You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

Checking in and out

 
  • Check-in after 3:00 pm
 
  • Checkout before 11:00 am
 
  • Self check-in with keypad

During your stay

  • 8 guests maximum
  • No pets
  • Quiet hours 10:00 pm – 8:00 am
  • No parties or events
  • No commercial photography
  • No smoking

Additional rules

  • No shoes inside, please bring along your slippers.
  • No access to the garage/downstairs area. -Roller Shutters not to be used.
  • Bath is to be used as a bath tub only, spa function not available.
  • The split system to be operated not lower than 19 degrees.
  • Ducted heating to be set at a maximum temperature of 24 degrees.

Cancellation policy

Make sure you’re comfortable with this policy. In rare cases, you may be eligible for a refund outside of this policy.
 
  1. Full refund if cancel within 24 hours after booking. Get back 100% of what you paid.
  2. Partial refund. Get back 50% of every night if cancelled before 14 days of check-in. No refund of the booking fee.
  3. No refund if booking is cancelled with 14 days or less to check-in.
  4. No refund if booking date is within 14 days.
